Job Title: Field Support Administrator

Reports to: Document Control Supervisor

Location: Greensboro, NC

PURPOSE: The Field Support Administrator provides administrative support for service production teams and back office teams by ensuring accurate data reporting from the field through daily production reports, analyzing and auditing data based on customer and internal feedback, and assisting with department tasks and projects. This role will also interface and need to build solid relationships with select customers, subcontractors, and vendors.



  • Research sub-contractor costs through Meta viewer and Dynamics portals
  • Assist in researching revenue and work in progress regarding sub-contractor work
  • Communicate with external customers through DocuSign, phone, and email
  • Capturing critical metrics through documentation for multiple departments
  • Produce weekly reports for internal management and external customers
  • Back up Document Control Supervisor and other team members as needed
  • Assist Document Control Supervisor with documentation of new procedures and processes
  • Track documentation training for field employees
  • Cultivate strong relationships with all depts within the organization and regarding neighboring depts as internal customers & acting accordingly
  • Assist with maintaining document retention policies
  • Assist with projects and customer commitments



High School Diploma
    Preferred: Business degree or certificate with concentration in business management 


    Preferred: 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry
Possess strong written and oral communicative & problem-solving skills, 2+ years in customer service, NC811, Maximo

Special Knowledge/Skills: 
Required: Able to work and communicate effectively in written form, over the phone, or in person with all levels of the company and customer. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Possess moderate MS Excel and MS Word skills.
                       Must be detailed orientated and be able to multi-task accurately as well as adept at meeting deadlines.
