Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and analytical support to ensure accurate revenue capture by verifying subcontractor invoices against daily reporting documents. This role involves auditing and analyzing data based on both customer and internal feedback, as well as supporting various departmental tasks and projects. The Project Coordinator will also collaborate closely with select customers, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering strong professional relationships to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Essential Functions:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Research sub-contractor costs through Metaviewer and Dynamics portals.
- Assist in researching revenue and work in progress regarding sub-contractor work.
- Communicate with external customers through DocuSign, phone, and email.
- Capturing critical metrics through documentation for multiple departments.
- Produce weekly reports for internal management and external customers.
- Create reports and track revenue impacting metrics.
- Assist Program Manager with documentation of new procedures and processes.
- Track documentation training for field employees.
- Cultivate strong relationships with all depts within the organization and regarding neighboring depts as internal customers & act accordingly.
- Assist with maintaining document retention policies.
- Assist with projects and customer commitments.
Qualifications/Special Knowledge Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and general accounting practices is a plus.
Education/Experience:
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
